How was the gastronomic fair?

The Fòrum Gastronòmic de Girona, organized by Incatis, consisted of three days where the first day access was for all kinds of people and the second and third was for professionals in the sector, in total more than 6,000 attendees were in the Palau Firal de Girona.

In this event, professionals of the gastronomy sector could follow lectures, debates, competitions and culinary demonstrations of the most recognized chefs worldwide.

Finally, the event featured keynote speeches by Joan Roca (Celler de Can Roca), Massimo Bottura (Osteria Francescana) and Mauro Colagreco (Mirazur).
