How was the well-known Fashion Show?

The 080 Barcelona Fashion Week, organised by CCAM Consorci de Comerç Artesania i Moda de la Generalitat de Catalunya, consisted of 4 days from 2 to 5 May 2023 at the Recinte Modernista de Sant Pau, with the purpose of promoting the transformation of the fashion sector through technological innovation.

At this event, more than 11,000 professionals from the fashion sector were able to see the latest collections of the country’s best designers such as Custo Barcelona, Lola Casademunt, among others, as well as to network.

How did we help the Generalitat de Catalunya?

 

At the 080 Fashion Week event we devised a complete ticketing solution adapted to their specific needs, as well as room control for the catwalks: 

 

Unique and advanced event access software

 

By using our EMS, they were able to sell both full and day tickets from a single platform, thus adapting to the needs of the organisers.

Booking of catwalks from different designers

 

The organiser was able to book catwalks from the registration form to be able to attend the catwalk show of the designer he was interested in.

Form formats in multiple languages

 

Thanks to the multi-language capability of Meetmaps EMS, the organiser was able to globalise and internationalise the event’s audience, bringing the information closer to them in a more personalised way.

 

Reduce queues at catwalks with the counter

 

Thanks to the use of counters for the 25 catwalks of the most popular designers, access to the event was streamlined for VIPs.

 

How did we carry out our on-site service?

Onboarding with the client

Meeting to find out about the needs of the fashion show and to discuss the management and organisation of 080 Fashion Week.

Visit to the venue

Organisation of a visit to the event venue to better define the access control to the event with the organisers. In other words, verify the connectivity and energy points, the route of the attendees to the venue, the entrance to the catwalks, parking and emergency exits.

Recommendation for equipment use

Our onsite service managers recommended and advised the organiser to organise the onsite control with a series of necessary materials depending on the volume of attendees present at the event.

Production and set-up of the event

Our Account Managers set up the necessary digital tools for successful access control, configured the registration forms, tickets and badges with personalised QR.

Staff training

Our Onsite Managers trained the contracted staff to manage access control, in addition to verifying the correct use of onsite materials.

Onsite service

Our Onsite Managers were in charge of the opening of the doors of the 080 Fashion Week and ensured the smooth flow of access to the event. In addition, our onsite service professionals were present to manage any possible incidents that might arise.

Metrics collection and reporting

By using Meetmaps software, the organiser was able to collect metrics and perform analysis on the effectiveness of the event production. The metrics could be counted on a minute-by-minute basis thanks to the available dashboard.

  • Direct access to the streaming of the event as an attendee from another country, facilitating the attendance of users from all over the world.
