How was the gastronomic fair?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The F\u00f2rum Gastron\u00f2mic de Girona<\/strong><\/span>, organized by Incatis<\/strong>, consisted of three days<\/strong> where the first day access was for all kinds of people and the second and third was for professionals in the sector, in total more than 6,000 attendees were in the Palau Firal de Girona.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

In this event, professionals of the gastronomy sector could follow lectures<\/strong>, debates, competitions and culinary demonstrations<\/strong> of the most recognized chefs worldwide.<\/span><\/p>\n

Finally, the event featured keynote speeches by Joan Roca<\/strong> (Celler de Can Roca), Massimo Bottura<\/strong> (Osteria Francescana) and Mauro Colagreco<\/strong> (Mirazur).<\/span><\/p>\n
